Join us the night before World Book Night for a reception featuring J.R. Moehringer, author of the 2013 World Book Night selection The Tender Bar and, most recently, Sutton.
Moehringer will appear in conversation with novelist Curtis Sittenfeld, acclaimed author of Prep and American Wife. The authors will discuss the importance of literature and fostering a love of reading.
Moehringer’sSutton, set in the Prohibition era, inspired this “Speakeasy, Read Freely” theme, and we will have jazz musicand a cash bar at the event.
